We had an excellent experience with Olympic Restoration Systems. Our first meeting was with Ross, System Specialist. He is knowledgable, professional and polite. He explained how Crawl Space Encapsulation works and the benefits of the system in relation to our project. He provided us with a detailed Project Summary including a Product List, Project Details and Warranty information. He very kindly worked through some changes we requested.

Our project foreman was Stephen. He explained in detail what would be happening each day on the job. He made sure the floors and walls were protected at the beginning of each day and cleaned before leaving for the day. Stephen was an excellent communicator. He took pictures of the project as they worked and showed me the progress. He also made some recommendations for changes to our original plan, which we appreciated.
The Production/Service Manager, Thomas, also visited our home to check on the crew and work-in-progress. We appreciated his thoughtfulness and checking-in with us to make sure the project was moving along as planned.

Crawl Space Encapsulation is messy work! The crew didn't have a lot of room to maneuver under our house. It was dark and cold and muddy under there. We never heard a complaint. We never saw an unhappy face. Stephen and his crew were the best we could have asked for in a team!
