Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for a quote for cleaning of the duct work, we scheduled them with one of our Specialists, Darrin, for an assessment and quote. Once the quote was received, they proceeded with an air duct cleaning with Olympic Restoration Systems. We removed the air registers and cleaned them. We then used a HEPA vacuum at the diffuser box and the surrounding area. We cleaned the ducts using a negative air system combined with compressed air whips to break the debris free from the ducts. With this type of air duct cleaning, each duct is attached to a power negative air machine which draws 3500 cubic feet per minute through the duct and into the system. The system has three stages of filters with the last one being a HEPA filter which assures nothing is released into the home. We used a HEPA vacuum for the coils and the blower. We cleaned the supply and return plenums. We cleaned the plenum by HEPA vacuuming and treating it with an EPA registered antimicrobial solution. We finished by re-attaching all ducts and assured that they were properly sealed.
These photos are from a mold remediation job completed in Fort Worth, TX by Olympic Restoration Systems. We were contacted after a homeowner had mold growth confirmed by a licensed mold inspector and needed a licensed mold remediation company. Our Production Team was able to safely and efficiently remove the mold-damaged material and flooring from the unit. In the pictures, you can see where they set up containment and used HEPA vacuums to ensure that mold and other pollutants did not circulate throughout the home during the mold removal process.

This customer called stating he had problems with water leaking/flooding into his garage. His garage is half underground, and the underground portion of the garage would leak or flood every time it rained. He wanted to have someone waterproof his garage to prevent this problem.
