This customer called because she noticed water collecting in her crawl space. We sent a System Design Specialist, Ross, to her property to assess the crawl space. Ross inspected the crawl space and proposed a long-term solution for the crawl space moisture issues. The customer accepted the proposal, and Olympic Restoration Systems began work on her crawl space.
The production team regraded the soil to prevent water from pooling. They then placed a SmartSump sump pump to rid the crawl space of water and to protect against flooding. Then they placed drainage matting, and a CleanSpace vapor barrier over the matting. To finish the project, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was placed to rid the crawl space air from any moisture.
