These photos are from a mold remediation job completed in Fort Worth, TX by Olympic Restoration Systems. We were contacted after a homeowner had mold growth confirmed by a licensed mold inspector and needed a licensed mold remediation company. Our Production Team was able to safely and efficiently remove the mold-damaged material and flooring from the unit. In the pictures, you can see where they set up containment and used HEPA vacuums to ensure that mold and other pollutants did not circulate throughout the home during the mold removal process.
*If you think there is mold in your home, the first step is to contact a licensed mold inspector. Per state law, the licensed mold inspector and licensed mold remediation company must be separate entities. This is a protection for the homeowner. If mold growth is confirmed by a mold inspector, you should be given a mold protocol. The next step is to send this protocol to Olympic Restoration Systems so that you can receive a licensed mold remediation estimate.
The customer contacted Olympic Garage Systems to install PolyAspartic coating on his garage. Our Flooring Specialist, Darrin, inspected the property giving the homeowner a free estimate. The homeowner was pleased with the estimate and proceeded with PolyAspartic coating from Olympic Garage Systems. Our crews are highly trained and experienced professionals specializing in formulating the most durable floor coatings based on the performance requirements of a given environment. They were able to apply the PolyAspartic Flake Floor System to garage floor which includes preparing the concrete via diamond grinding, applying the PolyAspartic broadcast coat, broadcasting the selected flake color and style to rejection (fully flaked until no additional flakes will adhere to the broadcast coat), cleaning up excess flakes, then applying one layer of the PolyAspartic topcoat. The system was also be applied to the exposed stem walls (curb) around the perimeter of the garage as well as the lip (the vertical step) at the entry to the garage.
This home was the victim of a lot of water damage in the attic. The homeowner contacted Olympic Restoration Systems to remove any water-damaged property. One of our System Designs Specialists, Darrin, provided a free water restoration estimate for the homeowner. The homeowner was pleased with the water restoration pricing and solution and proceeded with the work from Olympic Restoration Systems. This included removing all water-damaged drywall, ceiling, and flooring while leaving any undamaged property in place. The Production Team also used air movers and HEPA vacuums to continue the drying process and to assist with air quality in the home.
