We installed a separate, dedicated circuit/outlet for the sump pump and for the dehumidifier.

An apartment complex requested that radon testing be done in their complex, to ensure that their tenants were protected. A radon (detector) testing kit was delivered to the apartment complex in Dallas, to detect if there was the presence of, and the amount of radon gas. After testing, it was determined that the property needed to be treated for radon gas.

To properly treat for radon gas, a Pressure Field Extension Test needs to be done. This simply means that Olympic Restoration Systems can measure the amount of pressure under your basement floor. This step is needed to ensure that we are able to gather as much radon from under your home, as possible.

Next a SubSlab Depressurization was completed. This step is needed to apply vacuum to piping underneath a slab, in order to remove and/or prevent the release of contaminated vapors. The contaminate vapors were treated, then discharged.

After the above steps were completed, Olympic Restoration Systems then installed a radon mitigation system with a Premium Radon Fan for the apartment complex. Once the installation was completed, Olympic Restoration Systems provided a 3^rd party test kit, for post testing.
