Challenge
This basement had persistent moisture along the base of its walls from a long crack where the wall meets the floor. The homeowners called us in to seal the crack to prevent water damage and mildew.
Solution
After assessing the extent of the crack, our team etched the surface of the floor and the bottom of the wall to prepare for the waterproofing product. Next, we attached the DryTrak water control system to the intersection of the wall and the floor to ensure permanent waterproofing.
