Challenge
This home's large crawl space had a tendency to collect large amounts of water after rainstorms and as the water sat around, it increased the humidity, mildew, and wood rot in the home and crawl space. The homeowner called our team to put an end to the issues that were being created.
Solution
We first installed and EZ-Flow pipe around the perimeter of the crawl space to capture incoming water and send it out of the space before it can collect and create puddles. Next, we installed the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system to protect from the humidity that rises from the ground and adds to the humidity. Finally, we installed the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to filter the air and send humidity out of the crawl space, ensuring that the main house stays dry and healthy as well.
