Challenge
These homeowners were hoping to use their large crawl space for additional storage, but the post-rain flooding made that goal impossible. We were called in to add the necessary pumps and encapsulation system to ensure the space would be ready for use.
Solution
We first installed EZ Flow Pipe around the perimeter of the crawl space. We connected this to the new TripleSafe pump system to ensure any incoming water would be immediately collected and pumped out of the crawl space. Next, we installed CleanSpace crawl space drainage matting and liner with a 25 year warranty against tears or rips that may occur as the space is used for storage. Finally, we installed the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity low, protecting their belongings from mildew growth and keeping the humidity low in their home.
