Challenge
These homeowners knew it was time to have their crawl space inspected when they consistently experienced high humidity in their house despite the weather outside. They called us in for a free inspection and we found that the open ground in the crawl space was the source of the humidity.
Solution
First, our team installed CleanSpace Drainage Matting and Liner to cover the surface area of the crawl space, sealing out the moisture from the ground. Next, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to decrease the humidity and filter the air in the crawl space. We also installed a SmartSump pump system to remove the moisture collected by the dehumidifier and the drainage matting.
