Olympic Restoration Systems Case Studies: Crawl Space Remediation in Dallas

Challenge
After a season of heavy rains and flooding, these homeowners knew their crawl space needed to be inspected and reevaluated. After our team inspected, we found the need for a pump system and a new vapor barrier and dehumidifier.
Solution
First, our team regraded the soil so it would be directed to the new SmartSump pump system to be filtered out of the space. Next, we installed CleanSpace drainage matting across the ground to help the water filter out along with the CleanSpace vapor barrier to seal out any vapor and moisture rising from the ground. Finally, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to reduce humidity, freduce odors, and prevent mold growth.
