Challenge
This basement had major water leaks from the seam of the walls and the floor as well as some areas where there were small cracks in the walls. The homeowners called our team in to waterproof so the space could be used for safe storage.
Solution
We first applied SaniTred waterproof paint to the walls that were seeping moisture. Once that was dry, we installed a WaterGuard system along the seam of the wall and floor to block any water leaks from entering the basement. We also installed a SmartSump pump system to capture and remove the water that would be leaking from the area we installed the WaterGuard.
