Challenge
This home had a plumbing leak under the Master Bathroom tub. Upon visual inspection of the property there was noticable mold around the tub when we arrived. Once the area was inspected by a certified mold inspector it was found that the mold had spread from underneath of the tub into the Master Closet and spores were making their way into the Master Bedroom.
Solution
We began with removing all furniture from the area that was to be contained. Once everything was removed we set up a HEPA vacuum and wiped all items that were removed with antimicrobial. We removed carpeting, padding, floors, baseboards and drywall in effected areas. We then wiped down all areas with an EPA registered fungicide. A final inspection was conducted to make sure that all mold was removed.
