Challenge
After a roof leak caused extensive mold damage to this master bedroom, our team came in to help.
Solution
Our team set up a containment barrier room and installed negative air scrubbers. The exposed non-porous contents were cleaned with an EPA registered antimicrobial solution and HEPA vacuumed. All exposed porous items were removed for disposal. The exposed cavities were then HEPA vacuumed and wiped down with an antimicrobial solution and sealed with an antimicrobial coating. All of the HVAC units, ducts, boots, and air registers were cleaned using a negative air system combined with compressed air whips, leaving the owners satisfied that their bedroom was safe and mold free.
