The customer had high humidity and moisture in their crawl space. We were contacted for an assessement and a quote for an encapsulation. We provided them with a solution for their issues, and they proceeded with the crawl space encapsulation with us, Olympic Restoration Systems.

The home-owner had done some work on this property a couple of years ago. They had a crawlspace that was currently undergoing mold remediation from their contractor that was doing some other work/construction for them. They wanted to put in a vapor barrier and some dehumidifiers in their crawl space to prevent any further problems from happening again.

They had some moisture, high humidity, and mold in their crawl space. They was very interested in a finding out about a crawlspace encapsulation to regulate the humidity and hopefully prevent the mold from returning to their home.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their crawl space. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with a crawl space encapsulation for their home.

This customer had a hot water leak that they had fixed. The hot water leak resulted in them having mold in the crawl space. They had mold remediation completed in the crawl space. During this process, it was noticed that the crawl space had very high humidity.  Also, when it rained, puddles would accumualate in the crawl space, raising the humidity even more. They called Olympic Restoration Systems wanting a resolution to the water puddles and high humidity to prevent any further mold appearing and spreading.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their home. We had a Systems Design Specilist visit the property and propose a quote to the customer. The customer proceeded with a crawl space encapsulation for their home from Olympic Restoration Systems.

This homeowner called after they had a mold inspection performed by a licensed mold inspector. After mold growth in the garage was confirmed, we sent one of our Mold Remediation Specialists, Ross, to the property for a free mold estimate. Ross sent a proposal to the homeowner based on his findings, and the homeowner was pleased with the solution. The Olympic Restoration Systems Production Team then completed the mold remediation.
