We sent one of our Licensed Mold Contractor, Darrin, to the home for a free mold remediation estimate. Darrin wrote an estimate that included setting up containment, HEPA vacuums, removing molded drywall, and an air duct cleaning. The homeowner accepted a proceeded with the work from Olympic Restoration Systems.

This customer had a sump pump that was placed in a flower bed that had quit working. She described that there is now nothing but a hole and yard debris where the current sump pump had been in the yard. She had standing water and mosquitoes were now gathering at that spot in the yard. She wanted to know if the motor needed to be replaced, or just the whole sump pump just needed to be replaced.
