This customer called after she noticed what appeared to be efflorescence on the wall in her basement. She wanted to find a waterproofing remedy to prevent further moisture issues from occurring in her basement. We sent one of our System Designs Specialists, Ross, to the home for a free basement waterproofing estimate. He proposed a waterproofing solution which involved sealing the walls with PermaFlex. The homeowner was pleased with the free basement waterproofing quote and proceeded with the work from Olympic Restoration Systems.

This apartment complex had foundation work done that was causing moisture to build up under the staircase. Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted to install a sump pump in this area to continually rid the area of any moisture issues. After meeting with one of our System Designs Specialists, Ross, the owner of the building accepted the estimate and proceeded with the sump pump installation.
