Olympic Restoration saved our crawl space! We opted to fully encapsulate our crawl space after we discovered a nearly 4inch swimming pool underneath our home that would not drain properly. The moisture underneath our home was so high that our subfloors became saturated and this caused our wood floors to buckle, and our tile to crack. Edgar and Rodney worked diligently to drain the water, remove debris, re-grade, install 2 sump pumps and 1 dehumidifier. They were prompt, kind, and extremely hard working!
