This customer called informing us that they had contacted a Licensed Mold Inspector, that had located mold in two of their closets. One of which shares a wall with their pantry. The customer had already received the mold inspection report from the Licensed Mold Inspector indicating that remediation was required.
They contacted Olympic Restoration Systems for an assessment of their home, and for a quote that they were in search of for the remediation. An Olympic Restoration Systems Specialist visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with the mold remediation with Olympic Restoration Systems for their home.

Application of Mold-X2 Cleaner to kill the mold followed by antimicrobial coating to seal the surface area.
This homeowner had another restoration company removing water-damaged drywall from their home when potential mold growth was found. A licensed mold inspector came to the home, confirmed the presence of mold, and wrote a mold protocol for the homeowner. The mold inspector referred the homeowner to Olympic Restoration Systems to complete the mold remediation, because of our reputation for quality mold removal. One of our System Designs Specialists, Ross, went to the home for a free inspection and mold remediation estimate. The homeowner accepted Ross' proposal and proceeded with the work from Olympic Restoration Systems. 48 hours after the completion of the mold remediation process, a licensed mold inspector came back to the home and confirmed that mold was no longer present.
*In the pictures you can see that part of the drywall was already removed by the original restoration company upon Ross' initial inspection. Olympic Restoration System's came in and removed the rest of the drywall per the mold protocol, while utilizing a professional mold containment system and mold remediation procedures.
This homeowner called upon a referral from a Licensed Mold Inspector. After detecting mold in their home, the mold inspector wrote a mold protocol to be given to a Licensed Mold Contractor per state law. We sent one of our Licensed Mold Contractor, Darrin, to the home for a free mold remediation estimate. Darrin wrote an estimate that included setting up containment, HEPA vacuums, removing molded drywall, and an air duct cleaning. The homeowner accepted a proceeded with the work from Olympic Restoration Systems.
