Olympic Restoration Systems Before & After Photos

This family’s home was in a flood plain. They were having a hard time keeping water out of their crawl space. They spoke with people in their neighborhood and did some research online about crawl space encapsulations. They wanted to have a professional come out to their home and inspect it to see if that would be a beneficial addition to their home and help them resolve the water issue that they continue to experience in the crawl space.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their home. We had a Specialist visit the property and they proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with a crawl space encapsulation for their home from Olympic Restoration Systems.

This homeowner called looking for a trustworthy company to install a vapor barrier and dehumidifier installed in their crawl space. We sent one of our System Designs Specialists, Ross, to the property for a free crawl space inspection and estimate. Ross found evidence of moisture issues in the crawl space and presented the homeowner with a solution to keep the crawl space dry that included a CleanSpace vapor barrier and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The homeowner was pleased with the proposal and proceeded with a full crawl space encapsulation from Olympic Restoration Systems.

This property was damaged throughout from a fire. Olympic Restoration Systems was called to professionally clean and preserve all property that could be restored, and remove any property that was destroyed (not including textiles, clothing, linen, etc.). These before and after pictures are of the living area, where our team removed the soot-damaged popcorn ceiling and walls, and cleaned all restorable furniture. The production team also provided fire restoration services throughout the rest of the home. 

The owner of this multi family facility called after a pipe burst during the February 2021 winter storms. The burst pipe caused significant water damage to the ceiling, walls, and flooring of the facility. We sent our first available System Designs Specialist, Ross, to the property for a free water damage estimate. Ross assessed the property and provided the owner with a free quote for water damage. The owner accepted and proceeded with water damage cleanup from Olympic Restoration Systems. 

We sent our professionally trained crew to the property to remove all items with water damage. They carefully removed portions of the ceiling, flooring, and walls, and left everything in place that was not damaged.

Homeowners in the DFW Metroplex were concerned about leaks and water damage to their crawl space. They knew they needed to do something, so they called the professionals at Olympic Restoration Systems. 

To solve the problem, we first installed a SmartSump pump system with liner, cast iron pump, CleanPump Stand, airtight lid with airtight floor drain and WaterWatch alarm system. We used an EZ Flow perimeter drainage system at the bottom of the interior perimeter grade beam walls to collect and direct moisture to the sump pump. A CleanSpace 20-mil crawl space vapor barrier was used to create a barrier between the earth floor and home. A CleanSpace drainage matting under the CleanSpace vapor barrier was used to facilitate moisture flow to the sump pump, keeping the vapor barrier off the ground and providing additional insulation. After regrading the ground in the crawl space for proper slope and drainage to direct water seepage to sump pump, we installed a small pump to move water from the dehumidifier to the sump pump. Two wireless sensors which send constant temperature and humidity readings to a digital display inside the house and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier were used to control the humidity in the crawl space and assure the owners that there were no more moisture issues.
