This builder contacted Olympic Restoration Systems needing some assistance in the crawl space to help control the moisture.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of this home. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the builder. They proceeded with crawl space repairs and debris removal from this crawl space.

The owner of this multi family facility called after the February 2021 winter storms because a pipe burst, causing extensive water damage to the entire property. We sent our first available System Designs Specialist, Ross,  for a free water damage estimate. After assessing the property, Ross presented the owner with a solution to the water damage. The owner accepted and proceeded with water damage cleanup from Olympic Restoration Systems.

Our professional crew went to the property and removed the damaged drywall, flooring, and ceiling where the pipe burst. They also placed dehumidifiers and air movers to continue to dry out the property. Anything that could be salvaged was left in place, but all damaged property was carefully removed by our team.
