The home owners were having moisture and high humidity issues in their crawl space. They were very interested in a finding out about a crawlspace encapsulation to regulate the humidity and moisture to prevent damage to their home.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their crawl space. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with a crawl space encapsulation for their home.

This homeowner received significant water damage to their entire home after pipes burst in the attic during the 2021 winter storms. Olympic Restoration Systems came in and removed all damaged drywall, insulation, and flooring, while utilizing air movers and HEPA vacuums to dry the property and clean the air. The Production Team also took continual moisture readings to ensure that the property was drying properly. 

This homeowner had a basement that leaked when it rained. She was preventing mold growth by using fans and "squeegees" every time it rained, but she was ready for a more permanent solution. We sent one of our System Designs Specialists, Darrin, to the property for a free basement waterproofing estimate. He inspected the property and presented the homeowner with a solution for her wet basement. The homeowner was pleased with the proposal and proceeded with basement waterproofing from Olympic Restoration Systems.

Regraded the soil to direct water seepage to sump system. Removed all debris from the crawl space. Installed SmartSump pump system with liner, cast iron pump, CleanPump Stand, airtight lid with airtight floor drain and WaterWatch alarm system. Installed EZ Flow Pipe. to capture incoming water and direct it to the sump pump. Installed CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. Installed CleanSpace Drainage Matting under CleanSpace liner. Installed SaniDry Sedona to keep humidity low. Installed small pump to move water from the dehumidifier to the sump pump or out of the crawl space. Installed two wireless sensors in the crawl spaces which send temperature and humidity readings to a small panel inside the house. Installed separate dedicated circuit/outlet for the sump pump and for the dehumidifier.
