Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This homeowner called after he had another company waterproof his basement, and his basement began leaking again. We sent one of our System Designs Specialists, Darrin, to the property for a free basement inspection and estimate. Darrin found the source of the problem and presented the homeowner with a solution to permanently keep his basement dry. The homeowner accepted the proposal, and proceeded with basement waterproofing from Olympic Restoration Systems. 

This solution included sealing the walls and part of the floor with Permaflex, and installing an UltraSump sump pump.

This customer called Olympic Restoration Systems for assistance regarding their crawl space entries. They have a pier and beam home that has a crawlspace entry, inside the home, that was too small for anyone to get through. They were interested in getting that crawl space entry made larger for them. They have 2 access points to the crawl space. One of them had just a metal slab up against the entry way. They wanted to turn that into a nicer entrance so that rodents do not get under their house.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their home. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with a crawl space hatch enlargement and debris removal from their crawl space.

This customer has bedrooms downstairs that were having moisture issues. The humidity was very high in their basement. They had some dehumidifiers in their downstairs area, but they were continually having to empty them. They were very interested in a finding out about an installation of a sump pump and waterproofing their basement, to regulate the moisture and prevent the high humidity in the bedrooms in their basement.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their basement. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with a sump pump installation, and waterproofing for their basement.

This customer called stating he had problems with water leaking/flooding into his garage. His garage is half underground, and the underground portion of the garage would leak or flood every time it rained. He wanted to have someone waterproof his garage to prevent this problem. We sent one of our System Designs Specialists, Tyler, to the property for a free waterproofing estimate. After assessing the property, Tyler presented the homeowner with a solution to prevent his garage from leaking. The homeowner accepted, and we sent our production team to complete the waterproofing job.
