Cleaned, etched, and dried walls to assure the product can fully penetrate the concrete. Applied Liquid Rubber Base to the seam where the wall meets the floor, along with filling any cracks. Sealed the full length of the wall, along with up the wall and two feet out on the floor with Permaflex to prevent future water intrusion.

This customer has bedrooms downstairs that were having moisture issues. The humidity was very high in their basement. They had some dehumidifiers in their downstairs area, but they were continually having to empty them. They were very interested in a finding out about an installation of a sump pump and waterproofing their basement, to regulate the moisture and prevent the high humidity in the bedrooms in their basement.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their basement. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with a sump pump installation, and waterproofing for their basement.

This homeowner called after he had another company waterproof his basement, and his basement began leaking again. We sent one of our System Designs Specialists, Darrin, to the property for a free basement inspection and estimate. Darrin found the source of the problem and presented the homeowner with a solution to permanently keep his basement dry. The homeowner accepted the proposal, and proceeded with basement waterproofing from Olympic Restoration Systems. 

This solution included sealing the walls and part of the floor with Permaflex, and installing an UltraSump sump pump.

This customer called because there was a leak coming into her home that caused water damage and suspected mold growth. After obtaining a mold protocol from assesser, we sent one of our System Designs Specialists and licensed mold remediators, Darrin, to the property for a free waterproofing estimate. Darrin identified the source of the leak, and proposed a waterproofing solution to keep further water damage from occuring. The homeowner accepted the proposal and proceeded with the waterproofing from Olympic Restoration Systems. Our Production Team went to the property and set up mold containment, removed the damaged and moldy drywall and flooring while runnning a HEPA vacuum, cleaned with antimicrobial, and installed PermaFlex to the floors and walls to prevent further water damage.
