This customer called Olympic Restoration Systems regarding the crawl space encapsulation that they had done by another company that is no longer providing this service but is honoring the extended warranty that the customer had purchased when they had this service provided. The customer could not hear the sump pump working so went to check to see if it was on and working. This is when she found that there was water under the liner. The customer found that the water was pooling under the liner in the crawl space. She said that there was so much water under the liner that it felt like a waterbed.

The customer called Olympic Restoration Systems shortly after, explaining what was happening in her crawl space. Olympic Restoration Systems sent a Specialist for an assessment of their crawl space.
