Crawl Space Repair Case Studies: Crawl Space Remediation in Frisco

Challenge
These homeowners had not updated their crawl space drainage system in years and knew that after a season of heavy rains and flooding, it was probably time for an update. They called our team in for an inspection and we found standing water, rust, and damaged temporary liner.
Solution
We first wanted to handle the standing water, so we installed two SmartSump pump systems where the water tended to collect. Then we wanted to update the crawl space lining with something much more effective so we installed a CleanSpace encapsulation system. To resolve the high humidity we found in the crawl space, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier along with a temperature and humidity sensor that sends readings to a small panel inside the home.
