Challenge
These homeowners were concerned about leaving their large crawl space unlined since debris and moisture began to build up in the area. They called our team in to inspect the area and install the liner they needed.
Solution
After having the debris removed and the ground leveled, we installed the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. This system includes a drainage matting, vapor barrier, and sealed perimeters. To ensure the humidity in the crawl space and home stayed low, we also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier which keeps the air moving in the space and includes a sensor that sends a humidity reading into the home.
