Challenge
The standing water and constant water seepage in this crawl space created high humidity levels which started to affect the integrity of the home. Our team was called to solve the water issue and control the humidity.
Solution
We first installed the SmartSump pump system complete with a WaterWatch alarm system to notify the homeowners should there be a malfunction or sudden flooding that we need to address. We also installed EZ Flow piping around the perimeter of the crawl space to direct water seepage to the SmartSump. Next, we installed the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system to cover the entire surface area of the crawl space. Finally, we installed the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the air filtered and the humidity low.
