Challenge
The exposed dirt in this crawl space created such a humid environment that mold was growing along the subflooring. The homeowners wanted to have the space cleaned up and the humidity controlled to prevent future mold growth.
Solution
To start the remediation process, our team manually cleaned away the mold. Next, we installed the CleanSpace crawl space drainage matting and liner to cover the bottom of the crawl space, preventing humid vapors from rising from the ground. Finally, we applied Mold-X2 Cleaner and Botanical to fully clean, neutralize odor, and prevent future mold growth.
