Challenge
These homeowners called us because the dirt in their crawl space had shifted through wind and water erosion and was now threatening the support beams of the home. There was also a high humidity level which caused mildew growth on the dirt and some of the walls.
Solution
Our first step was to redistribute the soil in the crawl space so that it was spread away from the support beams and created a level surface. Next, we installed a CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system to cover the crawl space, preventing humid vapors from rising from the soil.
