Challenge
When these homeowners were renovating their home, they knew the remodel would be incomplete without updating their crawl space system. They called us in to inspect the space and figure out the cleanest and most energy efficient solution to their crawl space.
Solution
We decided to outfit this crawl space with the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system in order to block moisture and vapors from rising from the bare ground and creating humidity. We also installed the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to ensure the crawl space stays dry, thus making the home dry and efficient. Our team also installed the SmartSump pump sytem to collect moisture from the CleanSpace system and the dehumidifier and remove it from the crawl space.
