This crawl space was causing moisture issues in the home due to a damp, humid crawlspace. To prevent further damage, we installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System.

This customer has a basement that was leaking and had pooling water, every time it rained. They would have water pooled for days at a time. Their basement seemed to almost always have standing water in several different spots. They needed to get a resolution to prevent the water from continuing to come into their basement, and keep it dry.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their basement. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with basement waterproofing for their home.
