Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

The customer called informing us that there was water pooling in the crawl space of this new home, while it was still under construction, with the crawl space already covered. They already had dehumidifiers in the crawl space, but the workers at this new construction site, were under the house and noticed pools of water that had formed. They were looking for assistance in preventing this in the future, for the new home owners. 

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of this crawl space. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with a crawl space encapsulation for this home with us.

This customer was selling her home, and during the inspection process, mold was found and needed to be removed prior to the finalization of the sale. The seller was out of the country, so we were contacted by her mother. Her mother chose us, due to our reviews. This was a time sensitive issue. This customer is a repeat customer for Olympic Restoration Systems. He is a contractor for the homeowner for this property. He called Olympic Restoration Systems on behalf of their customer because they needed a crawl space encapsulation to protect the investment that they were putting into their home after having the contractor do work in their home. One of the things that the contractor was doing for this homeowner was redoing all their floors. They had the sub-floor up, so access to the crawl space was very easy.
