This customer had some plumbing issues causing them to contact a plumbing contractor. While fixing their plumbing issues, the contractor informed the customer that their crawl space was very wet. He suggested that they needed to do something to take care of that issue. The customer just installed new hardwood floors and did not want them to be ruined by a moisture problem in the crawl space.
